Greg (Neill) at Provident made what was a stressful time far easier and provided us with an excellent long term solution that will see mum and the family catered for over the coming years. We gained information we simply would not have every known.

A little over a year ago our mother became a resident of an aged care facility in Perth. Before embarking on the process of choosing a suitable facility, Greg was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process, both advising on what we might expect from the facilities themselves as well as explaining all the details of the financial side of things. Once we had chosen the facility, once again Greg's advice on how to set up the financial arrangements was invaluable.
Recently our mother's house was sold and again Greg was on hand to provide the best financial advice with respect to both the aged care perspective and also investment solutions to ensure funds were employed in the mot suitable manner.
It would be an understatement to say that without Greg's help, sympathetic support and extensive knowledge of the aged care system as a whole we would have found the situation completely overwhelming during what was a very emotional time for us all.

I'd like to express my sincere and heartfelt thanks to Greg Neill and his team at Provident Financial Services for all the assistance they provided me and my family in moving my mother to residential care. At an emotional and worrying time in our lives, Provident Financial Services managed the complex, frustrating and slow Centrelink processes, ensuring mum received the maximum benefits she was entitled to. They provided excellent advice on the best aged care facilities within mum's budget, and we couldn't have been happier with the chosen facility.

We could not have managed this alone, and are forever grateful. Mum has passed now, but the advice, assistance and care shown by Greg and his team allowed mum to live out her remaining days in peace, with dignity, and without financial stress.

Watching your parents decline is hard, making the decision to support your parents into care is hard, packing up a lifetime of memories and selling the family home while juggling their care is hard. What wasn't hard? Working with Greg and Paul at Provident who provided advice, arrange all the financial details, and worked with us and the aged care provider to make the move seamless as possible. Thanks Greg and Paul.
